some cookies will not delete

when i choose a the subfolder temporary internet files....they only cookies that copy over to be deleted are the ones i do NOT want to delete...how do I select the cookies that keep sending all of these pop ups to my computer

Cookies don't cause popups, there are tracking cookies. do a scan with Super Antispyware or Ewido or spyware Terminator. and a online Anti Virus scan to double check that your computers AV hasn't missed anything.

thanks for the reply...but again, how come some tracking cookies I can copy and past into Eraser...and other will not come over?
