I have read in a few places that SSD drives don't need to be securely erased as file recovery programs don't work on SSD drives
https://www.howtogeek.com/115573/htg-explains-why-you-only-have-to-wipe-a-disk-once-to-erase-it/
But I have just run undelete360 on my laptop's SSD drive and it has come up with thousands of files it can undelete.
So what is the truth? Do I need to securely erase a SSD or not?
