Stopping Recycle Bin Erasing Reports

XP Pro SP2 Eraser version 5.84

I don’t know if this is a bug or not but even though I have disabled the erasing report option in general preferences I still get an erasing report after I erase the recycle bin via right click.

Anyone else experiencing this ?

Sorry to double post but I have just noticed something.

When I erase the recycle bin using any of the other methods other than the standard “erase recycle bin” I don’t get the erase report !

So I think this may be a bug. Even when I have disabled the erasing report option in general preferences I still get a report but only when the “erase recycle bin” option is selected. Selecting any other method results in me not receiving an erasing report as desired.

I think I will report this as a possible bug in the correct thread.
