I am running DBAN on a brand new Toshiba laptop, not 2 weeks old which is probably why I am running into the problem I'm having.
I blanked my drive yesterday and it took a total of 18 hours. I started 5220.22-M this morning and it looks that about 167 hours remain
I'm getting average throughput of about 1776-2466KB/s. Here are the specs of this laptop:
Intel Core Duo Processor T2400 (1.83GHz, 2MB L2, 667MHz FSB)
Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset
1024MB DDR2 SDRAM
120GB 5400RPM SATA HDD
Running the latest version of DBAN 1.0.7
Let me know if there is anything I can do to resolve this, please.
