Task list

Hi, can anyone suggest a list of files and folders that I could delete individually? I'm running firefox safe mode on XP, and do the usual 35 pass, coupled with ccleaner but would like to include an extra clean for my internet surfing. Thanks in advance. B

Quickest option at the moment would be to use ccleaner to clean the browser files, ccleaner has a secure wipe function. That just leaves you with wiping Firefox's cookies db which ccleaner can not do at the moment iirc.
