Trying delete a driver and a software program

What does the following mean and why can't I completely remove them off my system?

Monday, January 11, 2010 5:37:19 PM Error The file C:\Program Files\2Peer\2Peer.exe could not be erased because the file's permissions prevent access to the file.
 
The first error means that the file can't be found.

The second means that access to the file is denied because you do not have permissions to get rid of it.

In all likelihood you need to run Eraser as an administrator. See the Elevation Required FAQ entry on how to do this.
