When I try to erase a 'Txt' file using V5.86a, or V5.85, under Windows XP Pro with SP3, I get a message stating the file is locked by another process, and would I like to finish the erase on the next boot.
If I rename the file to 'jpg' or 'exe' it erases just fine. I checked on another system running XP Pro with SP2, and erasing a 'txt' file works just fine. It makes me wonder if it some issue with SP3. The SP3 system was completely reloaded from scratch less then a month ago with no problems.
It isn't a big problem, as I can re-name and erase, but it sure is an annoyance.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks,
nada
