unused disk space erasure - ERROR

i'm trying to delete unused disk space. i'm running windows 7, and i ran as administrator.

the task only runs for about a minute before it goes to completed with errors and gives me the following message in the task report:

Session: Friday, January 08, 2010 12:25:10 PM
Friday, January 08, 2010 12:25:41 PM Error The data area passed to a system call is too small. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007A)

can anyone tell me what this is and how to fix it? i checked the faq and read some of the threads here so i hope i'm not double posting.

This has been fixed in the nightly builds, r1474 and later. You'll need to get a nightly build to solve the error, however nightly builds come with risks of backward incompatibility (i.e. you cannot return to the old versions unless you do some manual cleanup)
