USING ERASER

I have deleted my items in recycle bin. I have clear bin using EMpty recycle Bin.
After that only i come across about Eraser and install it.
My question is, how i want to permanently delete all those files (that was deleted using Empty Recycle Bin) by using Eraser tools. Please help me.

When I right click on my Recycle Bin I have Eraser in the pop up window.

I can't remember how it got there. Perhaps during installation.
