Vista not letting me run eraser when I am admin, giving erro

it gives me errors and I am admin

Wednesday, December 29, 2010 1:50:08 AM Error The program does not have the required permissions to erase the unused space on disk. Run the program as an administrator and retry the operation.


I ran program as administrator, I am admin and trying to wipe unused disk space. Please help, thanks.

You most likely forgot to exit Eraser before starting it again as an administrator. You need to also exit the instance of Eraser running in the system notification area (=tray)
