What did I do wrong here?

I use V6 version of eraser. It usually goes along without trouble until a few minutes ago. I got this error "Failures: Failed: C:\~ERAFSWD.TMP\2KFU0135.ADU" What went wrong here, and how do I fix it? TIA
 
ERAFSWD.TMP is used by v5 for free space erasures. It can be removed safely unless you have other files inside.
