Why Office 365 Import Service Not Available - 403 Error

When uploading via AzCopy i am getting error 403 Forbidden. I need to import PST to Office 365 account at any cost. Please suggest me a method through which my Outlook data goes to Office 365 acount or this 403 error gets removed

This error 403 Forbidden generally occurs when the source or the destination is not proper.
The correct way of using Azcopy Tool is through this command:
AzCopy.exe /Source:<Location of PST files> /Dest:<SAS URL> /V:<Log file location>
Moreover if still, you aren't able to import PST to Office 365 account then you can use a tool to move emails from Outlook PST to Office 365.
