Wildcard

Hello:

I was wondering if someone could tell me what the Wildcard option means when I want to delete a file? Should I check it or not? I can't seem to find any information in the help file. Any help would be appreciated. This is an unbelievable program.

Wild cards are "*" and "?", I'm sure there are more.

if you used a wildcard of c:\temp\* this would erase everything in the temp folder.

If you used a wildcard of c:\temp\??a.txt this would erase every file in the temp dir that had at least two characters followed by "a.txt" eg aaa.txt bba.txt cca.txt etc.
