win 95

i downloaded eraser 5.7 on a win 98 pc. i put it on cd and tryed installing on my old 95 pc i want to get rid of (cause its crap). it comes up with an error messege saying eraser only works on win v4 and above. whats wrong?
(i didnt even know there was a version 4)
 
same guy with extra info

the download works on my other pcs with later versions of windows
i do not want to nuke it
