win7 - unused space - there is not enough space on disk

Running Win7 Pro; Eraser 6.0.7.1893.

After erasing empty space for a while, eraser ends with logged error "there is not enough space on disk".

And it's true! Eraser has created a folder with 157 GB of files, filling up my 300 GB disk :x

How can I fix this???
