'Wipe free space' doesnt work

I have win 7 and am unable to get the " wipe Free Space ' to work . I tried with "run as Administrator " and even shut off my antivirus , but no luck . I keep getting "Completed with errors " . It instantly display the error message . Can someone suggest some solution ?

Something is interfering with the wipe. The AV or some other service running e.g database etc
