Hi I had 27 gig of free space on my C drive I ran eraser and now I only have 517 mb free. How do I retrieve my free space?
The temp file (~ERAFSWD.TMP) is most likely responsible for using up your
diskspace.
How to find the ~ERAFSWD.TMP file to erase it:
1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Click on View->Options and Show Hidden Files.
This may find it.
3. Erase it.
Otherwise,
1. Run ScanDisk.
2. Using File Finder in Windows, look for files that were changed around the
date/time
you ran Eraser. This may find it.
3. Erase it.
