Administrator privileges required

I have used previous ver. 5 and have files that cannot be erase because of (Administrator privileges required).
The numbers of unerased file keep on increasing.

Now I have upgrade to Ver. 6, and error still shows.

Log is below:

Sunday, 17 October, 2010 7:21:52 AM Error The file C:\$RECYCLE.BIN\S-1-5-21-1622963811-1646639423-3015283276-1000\$R0D3KTE.rar could not be erased because the file was either compressed, encrypted or a sparse file.
(Administrator privileges required)

Please help

That's not an administrator privilege required issue. The problem is that the file is compressed at the filesystem level and thus erasing is not possible (at the moment).
