This may be a stupid question, but...
I have an old computer that has Windows on it, but it doesn't work anymore. I think I may have deleted a wrong file when trying to make more space.
Anyway, I bought a new computer, and want to give the old one away - cleaned.
Can I make the boot disk on my NEW computer and run it on the OLD computer, or do I have to make the boot disk on the computer that I will run it on?
