Didn't Let Scan finish. Hard drive showing full.

I got a little antsy and didn't finish my task for erasing "unused space". Now my hard drive is showing that it 60gigs from being 100% full. It was half that when I started using Eraser. How can I fix this?
 
There is a EraserTmp directory created in the root of the drive - you can delete this
