Eraser 6.1.0.2244 erase by overriding free space

Hi!
Eraser 6.1.0.2244 erase by overriding unused space is not working on C (where is system partition) or on F where are only files on FAT32 even if I run it with admin rights.
I run Windows 7 Home Premium genuine and up-to-date.
ESET Smart Security 1.0 with real-time scanner off.
Please help!

If you want/need to run Eraser with Admin rights, you must stop the existing process first (right click on the tray icon and select 'Exit Eraser'). Did you do this?
