Eraser in right click mouse

Hi. I am not much of a technician but I do love Eraser. Somehow on my work computer Eraser is included in the commands of my mouse when I right click. It allows me to erase, erase move, etc. with a mere click of the mouse. However my home machine using 6.8 under Windows 7 does not do that and I cannot figure out how. Does anyone know how to accomplish these mouse commands?

Thanks,

Mike

If you go to the Remove Programs Control Panel applet, and you scroll down the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, can you list down the names of all entries which are listed?
