I just wiped an old machine DBAN (latest bets) and now I can't see my C drive - or my CDR for that matter.

I made a win95 boot disc to try to re-format and I get a message saying that it is the wrong version of DOS.

Anybody have any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

DBAN removes the partition table when it wipes a disk. After using DBAN, you must recreate the 'C:' partition with the fdisk utility that should be on your startup floppy disk.

Also note that Windows 95 does not put CDROM drivers on its startup floppy disk. Use a Windows 98 boot floppy instead.
