Before purchasing any paid software to repair SQL database, you should try an easy manual trick shared in this article - How to Restore SQL Database Objects from Corrupt MDF File?

As per the information shared in the above article, you can use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. It's a built-in tool available in MS SQL Server 2005 and later versions. You need to run a couple of database console commands: DBCC CHECKDB and DBCC DBREPAIR. This will help you repair SQL database which is tagged as suspect.

Thanks.
