Installed 3 times. help file is loaded on system but I get an error when I hit help in eraser Does open if I open from Adobe reader. When I start eraser I get a screen of scheduled tasks (empty of course) and no way to say what I want to do. Settings allows selections of write types etc. I am running Windows 7 64bit. Eraser does install as a 32 bit. I run it as administrator.
