PRNG wipe without a seed possible?

I am on a windows machine and would like to do a random prng wipe. Will i be able to do this even without seeding the PRNG on the floppy?

I did read "Seeding the PRNG is optional. It is not required for DBAN to work properly." In the faq BUT that might mean that the DOD and the other wipes will work.

Yes. The PRNG state will be intialized by the kernel from the system state.
