I would just like to let you know that your Forum, support and product all suck. I posted a question a year ago that over 800 people looked at and no one replied. I also posted a question the other night and no one replied. What is the sense of having a forum? Why don't you become a REAL company and offer tech support? I am sure if you improved your product (Eraser) you could actually sell it and be able to afford tech support.

This might just be a stab in the dark, but have you ever thought that maybe your attitutde is the reason why people choose not to help you. If not, I suggest you take that in to consideration. This is a open source project that is only worked on in spare time. If you think you can do a better job do it, Oh that's right, you can't. If you could then you could also solve you own problems.

If you are dissatisfied with Eraser than do not use it.
