What is "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"? Where can I find it?

It's a Registry key. You use the Registry editor, which is something I hesitate to recommend (please don't take this amiss) to someone with the level of knowledge that your question implies. If you have a knowledgeable friend, get him or her to show you how to use the Registry editor (regedit.exe), and specifically how to do what Joel suggests. It's not difficult, but you need to know what you are doing, as inept editing of the Registry can make your system unusable.
