Win XP reload

I have a machine that has been nuked, not by me and I'm attempting to reload the OS, WinXP Pro, and getting this error.
an unexpected error (32768) has occured at line 5101 d:\xpclient\base\boot\setup\setup.c.

Any clues??

Use a stamped copy of the Microsoft Windows installation media. This error usually happens with bad CD-R media or mispacked warez builds.
