You can change the command used for erasing the Recycle Bin by editing the registry key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}ShellErasextcommand In order to turn off the report, remove the command line parameter "-results".
