Then uninstall any versions of Eraser you have now. Use Ccleaner to clean up and also use it to clean your registry.

It is quite common that Eraser cannot erase some cluster tips on windows protected files. Windows locks these on boot up and I doubt your security is put at much risk because of it.
I suggest you overwrite your free space with a single pseudorandom overwrite, it is much faster...
