Hello I would like to know if Eraser´s reliability is greater in order to completely delete information if HDD is previously totally formatted? Also, would be 100% is besides that you use one after other 3-4 different methods? i.e: DOD, Gutmann, etc?

I have downloaded ERASER, as I want to delete at the maxium security standards an external HDD, which already have been formatted(quick format),so that not even the most expert professional could recover any data(currently, due to format, there are no data -apparently- on the HDD). Could you...
