Add task error: E_ACCESSDENIED

Task Properties Error - I am unable to Add Data to the task.

Text of Message "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit the application will close immediately.

Access is denied. (Exception from HRRESULT: Ox80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).

Program closes if either option is chosen. I have tried running the application both as Administrator and as Normal User, same result in both cases.
I have no option in Add Data dialog box to disable Erase Cluster tips.

Additional information contained in box is as follows:

Once again, I need the complete partition information of every disk and partition in your computer (mount points, file system, TrueCrypt/BitLocker, interface (SATA/IDE/SCSI)) including EISA partitions and removable drives. This bug seems very evasive...

I have a single partition on my Laptop (Drive C:) Operating system Window 7 Home Premium the Hardrive is a SATA drive. Removable drives are a DVD Rewritable (D:) and also I use a USB Pen (E:). I do not use TrueCript or Bit Locker.

I have attached a copy of a HTML Report of the system file I have created, I hope this is of help, please let me know if you need anything further.
