ALL ERASED BY ERASER FILES COULD BE EASILY RECOVERED

hi.
just noticed one interesting thing.
i have windows xp with RestorePoints and hibernation turned off. i erased a lot of files with latest eraser,erased all free space on disc c. now i decided to run getdataback and i saw that ALL RESTOREPOINTS ARE STILL IN SYSVOLUMEINFO FOLDER! SO ANY FORENSIC SOFTWARE COULD RECOVER ANY DATA YOU ERASED!
HOW TO ERASE THIS RESTOREPOINTS???
