background entropy polling deadlocks win2k explorer

Just ran into this problem for the second time on Windows 2000 Professional, so I know it's not an isolated incident, in fact, it's been around a year since the first time if not more. So there is still a bug in Eraser.

With background entropy polling enabled, I cannot right-click any icon in Windows Explorer, including on my desktop. It freezes explorer hard and I have to use the Task Manager to log out, thereby restarting explorer. When I check processes, the System Idle Process is using 99% CPU time, so it's not like explorer.exe is chewing it all up.

Otherwise, great product. But this is a long-standing bug now and I'd love to see it fixed. :)
