Best practise for SSD?

I started using this program when I still had HDDs in my PC, and now that everything in my PC is SSD, does it make more sense to only allow 1 pass for file erasure considering that (eventual) TRIM jobs also automatically makes deleted data unrecoverable?

When using SSD drives, a single pass is sufficient for deleting files. However, due to the architecture of SSDs, there's no guarantee that a file will be stored in the same location after saving it. To ensure complete removal of files, it's important to periodically run a free space erase. This practice is also necessary if you use software that creates temporary files while editing the documents you plan to delete later.
