Boot and Nuke problem

Everytime that I try to create the Boot and Nuke disc I get this error pop up box: Disk error on track 77. head 0 of floppy error.

Does anybody know what this means and how can I correct it? The disc gets 95% done before this problem occurs.

The floppy disk is bad or the floppy drive is bad. Get another and try again.
