Build 6.0.7.1893 - Win 7 64 Bit Install Issue

Hi,

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I downloaded the latest build (6.0.7.1893) and when I tried to run the .exe, I get an error message of: "...Eraser 6.0.7.1893.exe is not a valid Win32 application."

I would appreciate any advice to resolve this issue.

I assume the installer did not start at all.

This Windows error seems to have a number of causes. The most obvious possibility is that you have a corrupt install file. Try re-downloading.

I am having the same problem on a 32 bit Windows 7 machine.

Any ideas on what the solution is (downloading again doesn't help)

Right click your download, go to Properties. Is there a digital signatures tab? If so, what is the email address there?

There is no digital signature (I am looking under the Details tab).

Your download is then most certainly corrupt. You may need to clear your cache before downloading again.
