Can someone clarify the licence for me?

I work at a State college, and I'd like to use this program on multiple PC's. Specifically, the bootable Disk Wiper function. I have many PC's that I need to wipe the HDDs on, and need to make sure that it's legal for me to use the created disk on multiple machines. The GNU Licence doesn't really cover that....

The GNU GPL does not restrict the use of a program, only redistribution. You are free to use as many copies of the program you want, and any way you want. You only have to worry about the GNU GPL if you plan to redistribute the program, modified or not. See also the FAQ at: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html.
