hello
cannot install newest eraser. netframework 3.5 cannot be downloaded and installed. had an earlier problem when is wrongly removed older versions than v4. there is a removal tool and steps to do. see microsoft-help-site where i have posted my findings.
microsoft says if programs are still using older than newest version -v4. programmers should be informed.
btw: fx 2.1.1 which is an add-on of netframework is now removed.
