computer will not turn on

I have a Dell Dimension 4600 and I used DBAN to wipe evrything off of it. I used DBAN late at night so when it finished, I turned the computer off and went to bed. Here I am 2 days later wanting to install the OS but now the computer doesn't want to turn on. Its like there isn't power going to it at all. No lights, no nothing. The power cord does work and yes it is plugged in.
Has anyone had this kind of problem?
