The error message says:
Task completed. All data could not be erased.
Information:
Statistics:
Erased area = 0 bytes
Cluster tips = 0 bytes
Data written = 0 bytes
Write time = 0.00 s
Failures:
Failed: E:\ZAP\01.tmp
I understood that if I want to wipe out 01.tmp I just have to erase all free space on that drive (but I prefer to leave that task to the Scheduler, at night!)
I have tried to set the Scheduler to erase E:\ZAP\ but, most of the time, I would have the same failure.
Actually, I've got that error when I just moved or renamed the file before to erase it. I guess that this problem comes from the fact that the file to erase is still loaded in memory.
I tried to logout, but it did not help (I run XP sp1).
How can I unload memory without rebooting my pc?
