The error message says:

Data written = 0 bytes

Write time = 0.00 s

Failed: E:\ZAP\01.tmp

I understood that if I want to wipe out 01.tmp I just have to erase all free space on that drive (but I prefer to leave that task to the Scheduler, at night!)
I have tried to set the Scheduler to erase E:\ZAP\ but, most of the time, I would have the same failure.

Actually, I've got that error when I just moved or renamed the file before to erase it. I guess that this problem comes from the fact that the file to erase is still loaded in memory.
I tried to logout, but it did not help (I run XP sp1).

How can I unload memory without rebooting my pc?

No, it means that the file could not be erased, most likely because some program is using it. Erasing the unused disk space won't help if the file still exists.
