dban and floppy

I'm really new to this so please be patient.
When I download the dban floppy version to my desktop and open the zip file and doublclick on the install.bat file I get the prompt insert floppy and press any key to continue. However when I do I get the prompt cannot find path........Help!

The INSTALL.BAT script does not run on Microsoft Windows NT4. You must also be an administrator on the computer to write the disk.

If you have problems with the INSTALL.BAT script, then use WinImage instead:
