Do recurring tasks continue to work after closing Eraser?

Hello,
I am new to using Eraser.
This application seems very useful to me.
However, I don't know if the recurring tasks are kept somewhere as separate Windows tasks? Should Eraser always be running for the recurring tasks to run? Should Eraser work in the background to run the recurring tasks?
Or may I just close Eraser and the recurring tasks do still work in the background? Are these then Windows tasks in the Windows Task Scheduler? I can't find this anywhere.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Alain

Hello,
I discovered myself the answer to my question.
After restarting my laptop, I noticed that a new system icon has been added to the bottom right of the Windows taskbar. It is indeed Eraser that runs at Windows startup as well. So Eraser is an automatic startup program and this way recurring tasks can be executed.
Thanks anyway. I will happily to use Eraser. Really it will be very useful.
Best Regards,
Alain
