I was wondering if Eraser can erase locked files.
Because i have a file that has been locked by explorer.exe and I can't delete it.

no, if a file is locked, it is locked by Windows at startup (I'm not sure what you mean by it is locked by explorer.exe). Most locked files are locked for a good reason, so you need to be careful about deleting it. You could try running Eraser at startup, using the Scheduler and see if Eraser runs before the file runs (ie it won't be locked). If it is a file unique to a specific user profile (eg an index.dat file) you could try logging out of your profile and into another profile (or entering the Administrator profile, in safe-mode) and deleting the file that way.
