Erase contents of folder but not folder - How ???

Can Eraser erase only the contents of a folder but leave the folder itself?

I am running XP. If I want to erase the contents of my Prefetch folder in windows and Temp folders but do not want the folder themselves erased how would you set eraser to do this?
 
Manually or by schedule? Manually, go into the folder and seletec the files, right-click and erase.

By schedule, in Tast Properties, select Files on Folder (specify the folder) and don't check "Remove Folders"
