Eraser 5.84 won't install on Windows 98

The website states Eraser will work with Windows 98, but it would not install on my computer. Would another version work better?
 
We compiel the stuff on VC 2005, so it should work on Windows 98. But if it doesnt like in your case you need to provide a proper error message for us to work with. I can't just pick out what your error is.

Just a thought, perhaps it might be worth having a post detailing what sort of info is required when submitting bugs and how to get it. As I'm sure lot of people who submit are not overly technical.
