Eraser Ate My Memory

I had a quite a few GigaBytes (GB) left on my computer when I started the program, but after it finished a full clean-up, I now have about 44 MB left. I really need more space, please tell me how I can get back my memory.

how I can get back my memory.
have you tried exiting the program or restarting your computer?

Anyways I have noticed that eraser does use up a lot of memory. A clean reboot of the computer puts eraser at the top of of the list of programs when sorted by memory usage. I am wondering why does it need so much memory when it hasn't done anything?

So I think eraser has a memory leak. I have been reading these forums for a little bit (since my last post) and I came back and looked at the memory usage again and it has gone up. I have not done anything except look at these forums in my browser. I do not have any tasks running in eraser. I am watching it go even higher. I am using Windows 7 64, and eraser 6.0.10.2620. My system has 6GB of ram so I am not worried right now, but if this keeps up it could use it all up by morning.

I imagine you mean RAM. But if, by any chance, you're referring to HDD space (rather than RAM) and haven't already sorted this out, this thread in the FAQ section might be helpful.
