I just got Eraser 5.8, and have XP Home. I erased the unused space on my 2nd hd ok. I started to erase my C drive unused space and the program froze up and stopped at 3% total and I sent the windows error message. The entropy box was and is unchecked and I don't have Norton. I tried again, same thing. It stopped on the same long file both times: C:\10-{994FA535-95A1-...} (many more numbers). Can someone help? Thanks.
