Eraser stopped working

Hello,
When I am trying to delete the IE cache,a high CPU usage was observed and after a second the eraser stopped wroking.
I tried with different method but they won't work.
Please help me.
 
I'm guessing in the case of your computer, the force unlocked files to be erased feature could have triggered the crash. Was IE running? Alternatively, you can try disabling that function, but fewer files would be erased (at least Eraser wouldn't crash)

If you feel adventurous, you can try the Nightly 6.2 beta, and enable crash reporting. Bugs then should be reported in the Beta forum.
